Draft: Resolve "Epic: Prepare exposure-finalizer for the 24.07 release"

Closes #45

Merging:

• Change the retrieve_buildings() function to work with the new building attribute height (!47 (merged)).
• The filtering of assets need to handle the new building attribute height (!48).
• Adjust the check_stories() function to handle the new building attribute height (!48).
• Finalizer should adjust the taxonomy strings of the possible assets according to the knowledge about the height of the building (!50).
