Feature/drop absorptionbands
- Implemented new configuration option (parameter 'drop_bad_bands') to leave out certain water absorption bands from processing.
- Bugfix for allowing directories at filename config parameters.
- Total runtime is now printed.
Fixes issue #61 (closed).
